"My friend and I stayed at the Hotel RIU Plaza on November 25, 2025. It was literally a 5 min walk to the Princess of Wales theatre (Sound of Music) which was ideal.
The staff and service were absolutely incredible.
We will definitely stay there again. Well done!!

"I had a fantastic stay here. The sleeping room was very quiet and all guests were respectful of noise levels. I would still recommend earplugs, as you can hear people shuffling around, zipping bags, etc. Breakfast was basic (toast, cereal, fruit, and coffee) but very appreciated. Everything was new and clean. Towels are provided, and the change rooms were helpful.
The only thing I would note is that the shower room is not private (though they do have separate men’s and women’s rooms). There are two shower stalls in a very small bathroom, which makes for a very cozy experience if you’re showering while someone else is showering lol!
Overall, I would definitely stay here again. It’s perfect for solo travellers, the location/price can’t be beat, and the owners were amazing! We had an issue with billing and they fixed it immediately."
