A wonderful and ultra high-spec luxurious apartment located in Newnham, Cambridge. Just a 10 minute walk into the centre of town, Newnham is a beautiful, leafy, central area of Cambridge where one can enjoy peace and quiet but still be perfectly located for Cambridge's world famous sights, heritage and amenities.

The Space:
Two very comfortable bedrooms with super comfy mattresses. Bedroom one has TV. One very modern and new bathroom. Spacious, open plan sitting and dining room with fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar. Private patio / garden area with outside furniture. Large Smart TV, Superfast Wifi.

Guest Access:
Guests have full, exclusive and private use of the whole apartment and will not be disturbed during their stay. The apartment is professionally managed with help readily at hand.

Other Things to Note:
No parties or events of any kind please. The apartment is equipped with an airbnb approved noise monitor (Minut). And CCTV outside the door.
