"Stayed here 9th till 16th September. Great communication from owner from the start. A very impressive villa in an elevated position. Driveway very steep. Quiet area 10 minute drive to a choice of supermarket's. Villa immaculately clean, everything you could possibly need. Bedrooms all comfortable master bedroom oversized bed/room/ensuite 5 star. Outside area great for sunbathing, pool deep so fine for our needs but for young children shallow end shelves away quickly. Bar area with fridge ideal...

"Really enjoyed staying here, everything was perfect. It is a 25 min walk from villa to beach front so would recommend transport if travelling with young children. However this didn’t put us and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"Lovely villa. Was perfect for our group of 10. Plenty of space and great outdoor facilities. A bit of a walk to the town and beach and quite hilly, but apart from that everything was good and I would definitely return."

"Gran villa con facilidades, cómoda, gran trato de los dueños. Faltaría más mensaje de cocina. Lo peor sin duda suelo del patio resbala y tuvimos varias caídas con el agua de la piscina. Tuvimos problema con la cloracion del agua que no tardaron en resolver Encantados con la estancia"

"Excellent séjour à Calp, qui nous connaissons désormais bien. Maison très agréable, assez vaste pour 6, très bien entretenue, et correctement équipée. Un sacré + avec la climatisation, qui permet de passer des nuits plus reposantes au frais. Petit lotissement charmant et calme. Piscine commune vaste et accueillante. Emplacement au calme, mais à moins de 10 minutes de la plage à pied, sans pente. Je recommande chaudement !"

"We had a wonderful stay at Villa Grace. The villa itself was lovely and had everything we needed. The views of the mountains and sea were stunning. The host was very easy to contact, very quick to reply and very helpful. The only thing I would say is it is remote. We were all fit, active people but it was too far to walk anywhere. There are not shops etc within walking distance.You definitely need a car or will need to get cabs (no public transport). We had two cars so it wasn’t a problem for...

"We had a lovely family holiday, our grandsons loved the pool. View from first floor balcony excellent. No plastic cups provided for round the pool area , but was able to buy some from supermarket, with children felt these were important. Only 3 mugs provided, but cups and saucers, plates etc plentiful. Overall enjoyed the Villa/holiday"

"Très belle vue mais location loin de la mer, les jeunes ne pouvaient pas sortir à pieds le soir. Équipement rustique… Peut être faut-il préciser le nombres de marches pour les personnes ayant des difficultés (mobilité, problèmes cardiaques et enfants en bas âge…) Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec une piscine au top. On ne se lasse pas de la vue !"

"The villa was nice and clean upon arrival. One if the queen size beds had a broken frame that made it squeek and feel uncomfortable. When we notified the host, it was taken care of immediately. Helpful and friendly staff. Pool area is very nice. The kitchen is a bit worn down, drawers are falling apart. There are enough glasses, plates etc, but a variation of styles. Aircon in EVERY bedroom, very nice! Plenty of bath rooms. Only one towel per person, its a good idea to bring bring beach towels....

"We rented this beautiful property in early September and it was fabulous, the views are beyond belief. very well equipped and a good size lovely owners live downstairs very friendly, however I speak no German and they speak no English. no English telly but that does not matter, not much in the way of bars etc for a bit of a drive but we thoroughly enjoyed our whole stay."
