Outstanding location, steps to C Train, Scotiabank Saddledome, Stampede Grounds, Sunterra Market, H market, Elbow River, Repsol Sport Centre and 17th Ave Shopping Dining. FREE PARKING. Public transportation is just down the street for easy access to the downtown core and Chinook Centre. Unit is on 15th floor and 24 storeys



Dear Guest, Please be informed about the following unit policies: All guests are required to pay a $500 security/damage deposit prior to check in. The deposit is refunded within 7 days after check out unless damage, smoking or excessive noise occurs during your stay, in which case damage deposit will not be refunded. Check in is after 3PM until 8PM, check out is before 11AM. Please make special arrangements 24 hours prior to your check in date to check in after 8:00 pm. Late check out is possible upon submission of advance notice. Your request will be reviewed and accommodated if possible. The property is not a hotel. The security desk and the concierge neither support guests nor provide any information related to your reservation. According to the Condominium rules we have to provide copy of your driver s license or passport to Condo Management. Please provide this information. * NO PARTY POLICY The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door ONLY and noise detector. (no cameras inside the unit). The front door is being checked for the number of guests as well as noise level to avoid any type of parties. We have a right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund if the number of guests will exceed the number specified in the reservation. If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform us in advance. ** NO SMOKING POLICY The unit is equipped with a remote smoke detector to detect any sources of smoke and notify us remotely. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and we will discover the smell of any type of smoking, Simply Comfort has a right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you: 150$ service call 200$ cleaning fees Please contact us if you have any questions.
