"No notice that the restaurant & bar would be closed on Anzac Day and the next day. Very small, uninteresting and limited room service menu. App for room service did not work for 5 days. "

"Bailey continues to be the hotel we go back to - location, ameneties, room and staff. Big thanks to the team member who helped with access to the car park - tip for all - check in first and then park as there is no access to the car park without a room key."

"Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem. Buffet breakfast was very fresh and selection was great. They even have a gluten free station. "

"Said they had breakfast online, there was no breakfast. Has ants and cockroaches everywhere. Not sure why it has such high ratings. I wouldn’t come again. "

"Didnt use the pool. Breakfast wasnt brilliant. We ate on the esplanade Bathroom was tired, pipes noisy. No extractor fan. Lock on the room door broke twice. It was replaced after the second time Room itself was comfy"
