"We had a fantastic stay at Pullman Cairns International and would absolutely recommend it. From check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly courteous, welcoming, and professional. Housekeeping did an excellent job. You indicate when you would like your room cleaned. The room itself was very spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities you could possibly need, making it extremely comfortable for a longer stay. The location is one of the hotel’s biggest highlights. It’s within walking distance to just about everything: grocery stores, the famous Night Markets, the marina wharf for excursions to Green Island or Fitzroy Island, and a wide variety of restaurants. If you’re staying in this area, you really don’t need a car. However, if you’re planning day trips to places like Port Douglas or the Daintree Rainforest, renting a car is a good idea. There’s affordable parking nearby through Secure Parking (pay via app). We paid just $6 per day, and it’s only about a 6-minute walk from the hotel. The hotel also offers on-site parking for $22 per day for added convenience, and you only pay for the days you need, not the entire stay. Overall, an excellent hotel with great service, a prime location, and comfortable rooms. We would definitely stay here again!"

"5th time staying here. Great hotel. Kids love the pool and swim up bar especially. Breakfast is fantastic. The other meals aren’t at the same high standard but there’s plenty of choice elsewhere nearby. Rooms are basic but clean and the hotel staff are fantastic. If you go at Xmas the hotel even has its own elves to deliver presents for kids on Xmas day ;)"

"The rooms were clean and spacious, parking was convenient. Location of hotel is walking distance to Woolworths, Marlin jetty, bus stops where tour bus puck-up. Next to hotel has a very nice Koi restaurant with delicious food. Staff at hotel reception was always available to help. Excellent!"
