"I was in town to visit m father who was dying, he passed away during my stay. I had to extend my stay twice and was easily accommodated each time by the amazing staff. As well when they found out why I was in town I received a knock at my door shortly after arriving at my room. One of the staff had a tray with a flower, some food items and a very thoughtfully written card from Brandon. I cannot express how much this gesture meant to me. This made my stay very personable and comfortable in a very hard time. I cannot thank you all enough. There are good people in this world."

"Pet friendly, I love this space the colours, the location right in the middle of the city you feel like you're in a Vegas cottage getaway Love it The staff are lacking lustre. Not welcoming. Look bored. Rude attitude towards people who are paying alot to feel at home away from home Staff look like they hate their job and won't lift a finger to do their job. They Don't have anyone helping you with bags in and out the door that has two steps. The door doesn't have an automatic open either. It's a very small elevator. "
