"I have visited Anaheim two to three times a year and have stayed at numerous hotels around the Disneyland area so the only two things about the Tropicana Hotel that were good was location and their Valet attendants other then that overpriced for what you get front desk not very informative or helpful beds uncomfortable definitely will not stay there again wish it would have been "

"Rosa was a rude employee. We had a “low battery alert” for our fire alarm in our room, so we called the front desk and was told “well if it’s inconvenient for you you can come get new batteries” so we had to take out the old batteries ourselves and come down the desk to get new ones and replace the ourselves. She also said “maybe your husband or boyfriend can help you” how do you know he’s not in a wheelchair ???? Very inconsiderate and careless. Will never stay here again. She should not work in hospitality. "
