However, this was not a problem as I received information from the hotel with easy instructions on how to get my room key and enter the property. The room was spacious, clean and tidy. It had the basic kitchen facilities which all worked. The bathroom was modern and bright. The bed was very comfortable, and we had a very relaxing sleep that night. This room had a balcony with a great view. I was very impressed with the room considering the hotel was rated 4 stars."

"Rooms are old with poor quality furnishing, cleaning is poor . In my room there were bad carpet stains and curtains that were hanging of their rail. Overall the room was in poor condition there was also a lot of plumbing noise that made it difficult to sleep."
