"The hotel is well located between the CBD and Salamanca area. Having a laundry is useful when you are on the road. My only complaint with the room was that it has a very small bathroom with a small shower."

"We arrived late, and it was past the time that the front desk was open. However, this was not a problem as I received information from the hotel with easy instructions on how to get my room key and enter the property. The room was spacious, clean and tidy. It had the basic kitchen facilities which all worked. The bathroom was modern and bright. The bed was very comfortable, and we had a very relaxing sleep that night. This room had a balcony with a great view. I was very impressed with the room considering the hotel was rated 4 stars."

"Rooms are old with poor quality furnishing, cleaning is poor . In my room there were bad carpet stains and curtains that were hanging of their rail. Overall the room was in poor condition there was also a lot of plumbing noise that made it difficult to sleep."

"We have stayed there several times with work and personal business in town. The room we stayed in this visit was by far the best one, great bed and shower. The kitchen was the cleanest to date. We had one issue with the main door key that kept getting stuck in the lock. But the next morning a kind staff member helped me get back inside when I got locked out thanks"
