Great little apartment that was a short walk downhill to Salamanca area. Ideally positioned for the markets and all the eateries, parks and wharves. Only negative was the shower head in our room.

Stayed here twice in 15 days, different experiences. 1st stay room on 2nd floor very average 2nd stat 4th floor room great. We won't mention the power cut on the first stay( not hotels fault?) And fire alarm, clearing out the building second stay. Guest error!

Kevin was the best host. He personally cooked us breakfast and you could see that he genuinely loved what he was doing. I really enjoyed my stay with him. Very thoughtful man! Would definitely stay here again if i came back.

"Served as a great location for CBD sight seeing. The compact room was just that, compact. As we were not spending much time onsite it bared little impact. Would avoid this room type if you are using the room often throughout the day. All in all, no complaints."
