But the room key card had glitches & I had to slip it in&out of door slot multiple attempts every time I tried to enter room.. had a key reprogrammed 2x then both keys stopped working as I returned from full day out, really needed to get into room & bathroom . They need to get an improved card key system, Also desk manager stepped away from front desk in evening for about 10 + min & a line up of new check ins were wondering where she was..( I needed my cardkey replaced again) There should be a card or note that says ‘Be Right Back’ at the desk. Otherwise breakfast & room staff great & I tipped well."
