"Room was very tired looking a lot smaller than in the photos, check in was 3pm arrived at 230pm could not get checked in our son was needing to use the toilet. Had to call the number 2 times to get checked in at 3pm. Arrived in room the entire floor area was wet where it had been mopped I had to use a floor towel to dry floor so we didn’t slip on it just to get our luggage in the room the towel was black by the time I had finished attempting to dry it. The veranda was wet like someone had hit it...
