Good stay
It would have been nice to have some cleaning products. We stayed 1 week, but nothing was available to us to clean bathroom and kitchen. Even dishwashing liquid, washing machine powder, soap were not sufficient for 1 week. People shouldn't have to buy a vast amount of washing products to then leave behind.

Really nice property in a great location nice staff. Parking is easy and apartments are beautiful. Very nice place and located in a convenient location. The negitive feedback I could give is the beds are quiet uncomfortable very har dand rolls in to the middle.

Good value and location
These apartments were excellent value. Very central to Grey St and surrounds. Lovely coffee shop downstairs. Well appointed kitchen laundry and bathroom. Comfortable bed and good storage. The only problem was our unexpected late arrival when the reception was locked. There was NO After Hours number outside. What a disaster. Absolutely no way of contacting management. Luckily someone was exiting and we got inside where the AH number was. That really is a problem that needs addressing. Otherwise the apartment was excellent. Would use again

These apartments are only small and not as close as other units but they are clean, well equipped and safe. So if the price is good then they are good value and absolutely fine, if you want to go upmarket then these may not be the place to stay. In summary: they are fine and if the price is good then go for it but if they are similar to other places then I would look around.

No external signage to find entry to park so we were expected to know where to gain access without any instructions on booking or street frontage. Once inside we booked in @ 2pm to be told our room would not be ready (Cleaning in progress) for another 30 minutes yet an hour later still waiting in corridor, stuffing our afternoon plans. No compendium or information supplied about the room so we didn't think that would hit us as hard as it did - After our night out, got back late expecting to leave early next morning. No problem with that, as someone (assume front door keypad) rang our room "Buzzer" at 3.00am & 3.15am waking us instantly in a "distressed state" thinking it was a fire alarm (so loud) so we tried to see where it was coming from but as No info we couldn't do anything until it stopped, so with next to NO sleep that stuffed our plans for next day as well. To top that all off with a very poor (cheapest style) choice of mattress & lounge, making it a very uncomfortable room experience. Unfortunately for the money we expect a more professional quality mattress that has more than just a few springs to hold you up. Not a great time in this room - will not be back.

I ended up here by accident. My usual accomodation was booked out. Prior to my check-in, an info message came with my booking, requesting parking requirements etc. I replied and upon checkin, they’d pre-filled all my paperwork, making the process much smoother. The staff, Jason especially, were extremely helpful and accomodating during my stay. The facilities and rooms are modern, comfortable and well constructed. The wifi was free and extremely fast. There were night roadworks outside, and with the doors closed, I couldn’t hear a thing. On my last day I requested an extension. Jason shuffled bookings around to accomodate me, and keep me in the same room. I appreciate their attentiveness and assistance. I will stay here any and every time I come to Brisbane from now on. I was very pleased here.

Excellent apartment close to convention center, grocery and restaurants. Short walk to South Bank rail station. South Bank area of Brisbane is quiet, safe and adjacent to museums, and performing arts center. Highly recommended!

The property is in a great location. However, our bed linen was stained and ww had to ask to have it changed. There was a horrible artificial smell of air freshener, no fans or room control for air conditioning. Noisy with the doors open to the balcony and no fly screens. Would not be my choice again.

Large modern unit close to Convention Centre
We were staying for a conference and much cheaper than nearby hotels. Nice room and great view from the roof top pool. Large kitchen area but strangely cheap sliding door between bedroom and en suite which is not good for noise or light if someone is trying to sleep. Also be aware that the reception is only open to 12:00 at the weekend so storing bags can be an issue after that time. .

Location was great, veiw from roof top was nice and hotel was modern When we checked in we were told our dishwasher was broken and repair man would have to come tomorrow, I explained that we desperately need a dishwasher for the evening as we had lots of cooking etc. and was told bad luck, also we would have to allow time the next day for repair man to come in, The next day by 2pm no repair man I then had to actively follow up with receptionist and remind to call, which she then told me they would come by 3pm so we had to leave apartment again. We didn’t have functioning internet the entire time, They leave at 5pm so by the time we got settled in the first night and realised they had already gone, the second day (Friday) she told me she would call the technician and she left at 5pm without sorting it out, Saturday and Sunday the receptionist only work 8-12 and my partner is an athlete and competed all weekend so we left at 7am and didn’t get home till 2pm so we’re unable to get any help, Finally Monday night I asked again and eventually got sent a text by receptionist telling me to call technician myself and sort it out and the number, Overall we stayed nearly a week kitchen floor etc was so dirty by then as they only clean once every 7 days, You get one garbage bag the size of a small bucket to last the whole week and only get extra supplies if you ask they are never there

Unfortunately the dishwasher wasn't working at the beginning of your stay, however we provided dish washing liquid and dish rack so you can hand wash for that night. We have advised you at Check-in that the technician would come between 11 to 4pm the next day to repair the dishwasher, the schedule is at their availability, we didn't ask you to leave during the repair. On arrival, the technician found you put dish washing liquid which caused washing foam overflow in the dishwasher, the technician resolved and repaired the dishwasher before 4pm on the second day. Regarding the office hours, we advise our guest upon booking confirmation that we don't have 24 hours reception. Regarding the internet, if your phone can connect but not your laptop then need to check your device settings. Again, we advise our guests upon booking confirmation that we are fully equipped serviced apartments, we only provide weekly service, so if the floor is dirty after you cooked the meal, please use mop/vacuum to clean, we have these appliances in each apartment. Modern apartment but small for a family of five. Great laundry in the apartment. Quiet & quick 5 minute walk to Southbank. Bus & train station also within 5 minute walk. Off street, free parking. Bathrooms tiny & shower screen too small -water flooded bathroom every time.

Air Conditioning was not the greatest, very noisy and temp was not constant. Curtains in Bedroom were moldy Has Fast Internet but devices kept disconnecting and was hard to reconnect after that.
