They offered assistance before I even had to ask, which was really appreciated. Great location, just around the corner from Canberra City Centre. Loved the beautiful design of the indoor swimming pool and mini spa. Highly recommend!"

"Furniture is scuffed and could be repainted. Toilet in with shower over bath with no where to put your clothes other than on toilet. Poor design. Bar fridge unstable wanting to tip as you open door. No way to change climate in room. No temperature control. No bedside switch for lighting. All pillows high and bedding very soft."

"This is a real bucket list experience. We chose the 1 night stay which included full board and a guided tour of the Zoo. We also did the additional Meerkat Experience at extra cost on our arrival day. We had a Lemur room and we could also see the lion enclosure from our room. The Zoo was amazing as was the food and drinks served - all top notch!"
