"Don't book with this host, He has tried to charge me for damages that were already there!!! When i arrived, One of the bedframes were broken so a bed is on the floor, Furniture is chipped, walls are scratched up. There were ping pong balls on the floor, food still in the fridge and garbage bin was half full. A lot of people get charged by him for damages they did not cause. "

"My son and I spent two nights in the trailer. For a glamping experience, the trailer met our expectations. The trailer is in a nice spot, at the end of a road, with a fire pit and screened-in porch(which we took full advantage of). We were attending Mosport and did not have a chance to explore the property or use the amenities, and cannot comment. There were some issues communicating through VRBO, but the host was responsive and accommodating."

Pro: LR and DR area were nice & comfortable; nice to have full bath with each bedroom.Con: Counters were cluttered many appliances; counter top was dirty; no garbage bags; were wet clothes in washer and dryer was loaded with someone's clothes; AC not on when arrived and was very hot; no dishwasherWould not stay here again."

"The house had everything we needed, communication with the host was great, check in was easy, and the spa hot tub was a huge hit with everyone. My only complain is the quality of the beds - specifically the room with double beds, they are basically just springs and not comfortable. Otherwise would stay here again! "
