the checking in was good. then that night the front door was broken the elevator wasn't working. the hallway stunk, one of the male maids stunk to high heavens, the glass windows inside the rooms were disgustedly filthy. I don't even think the carpet floors were vacuumed. The bath tub dripped and something plastic propped under the drain of the tub

We are people with limited mobility doing stairs and the elevator was broken and we were on the 3rd level ..very hard bringing our luggage down three flights of stairs...not happy at all about that ...

The room was clean and spacious, but the property is in desperate need of an upgrade: gym shower controls in the bathroom, poor TV service, broken handles on fire doors, squeaky beds, harsh cleaning smell in the rooms. Front desk was seriously understaffed upon arrival, as well. Not a cheap hotel, Quality needs to invest in its upkeep and staffing or charge discount rates.

The air conditioning was not working. The window was leaking when it rained hard. The housekeeping policy was not explained at check in. When I requested a copy of a bill that shows that the security deposit was cancelled it was not provided. The front desk staff seemed untrained and not very hospitable.
