"The hotel room was average. The hotel is under construction as of March 28 2026 and there is only ONE working elevator for service staff, employees and guest. You can imagine the amount of time wasted waiting for an elevator, being on an elevator and leaving an elevator took. All amenities were unavailable and these are things that should have been mentioned to customers prior to booking. Refund or compensation is definitely warranted during these situations."

"The breakfast was adequate and the staff at breakfast was great. The location to Times Square was great and the roof top bar was a nice place to wind down after a busy day. There was an on and off beeping on our floor. I reported it to the front desk multiple times but I did not feel heard. When my husband received an inquiry from the Hilton Honors rep. He told them about the beep and it was finally handled"

"This hotel is great the rooms are immaculate, bedding changed daily, breakfast is good depending on what you want but small portions, I have accessible needs and use a manual wheelchair, but I didn’t need a disabled room, however I did request a room close to an elevator and it was not easy to manoeuvre round the corners/corridors (the room was miles away from elevator) we kept the room because it was massive and lovely, overall it’s a good place to stay in a great location, close to Times Square and Broadway "
