"The staff was real friendly and helpful. I had a long flight coming into London Heathrow and unfortunately had to wait a long time for my room to be ready. I was hoping that even when check in time is 2 pm that there would be certain rooms available for those travelers that come in earlier"

"The airport shuttle is Hotel Hoppa providing connections between airport area hotels and terminals for a fee. Arrival was ok (Saturday night.) However, it was non - existent Sunday morning. Many of the hotel guests had to take Uber. In addition, for some reason, hotel stuff at the door keep reassuring guests that the bus will arrive any moment, adding to he confusion."

"The hotel is overpriced but that's never going to change given the location. The thing that irks me most is the lack of any sockets or charging points next to the bed. I keep being told that the rooms are being updated but it hasn't happened yet"
