"The air conditioning was on auto the entire time. We were unable to change the temperature, only turn it off when it was freezing The room was excellent. Cleanliness was excellent. Kitchen good and staff were good. "

"Beautiful hotel, stunning interiors with every detail thought of. The facilities were stunning, loved the pools and sauna and our huge floor to ceiling windows with the best view of the city. We had a staycation and it felt like we could have been in Hong Kong or Singapore. It was so good I went back a week later!"

"We had a great stay at the Hyatt regency. Convenient location, great facilities and clean. One of the lifts wasn’t working the morning we left so had to wait quite a while when we had a train to catch but these things happen. Liked the lennons bar, didn’t eat but drinks were good and reasonably priced"

"I was fortunate to be greeted by Aden when I checked in. He welcomed me and asked about my flight and asked if had I ever stayed in a Westin before. I mentioned I spent almost 3 months at The Westin in Malaysia on business and was very happy. Aden surprised me by upgrading my stay. I was in Brisbane to attend my son’s wedding. Both the room and amenities were beyond my expectations. All staff I interacted with - from room service, housekeeping and valet truly make wonderful ambassadors for The Westin."
