"The room was lovely and spacious and the bathroom was really clean and a pleasure to use. Holy moly was the bed comfy?! And so big I lost my husband! The only downside I would say was that the water glasses were so very small, when I needed a drink I'd have to fill the glass up 3 times! And also, the tiny nescafe coffee sachets are never a joy, quite the opposite. Investing in some better coffee for the rooms would a huge plus! But the yorshire, absolute beauty! The staff were all so fabulous; helpful, charming, polite and a shining example of the hotel's overall quality. We had a fabulous stay and would absolutely consider staying again."

We were greeted every morning with coffee and tea, as well as recommendations on the best areas to explore within this beautiful region. I felt at home staying at the Lansdowne and I will be coming back for another visit in the future for sure! You won’t regret staying here. "
