"This hotel had room for the whole family. It is a block from Paddington Station, which made it great for a stopover in between the airport and further train travel. We stayed at the end of Oct. The rooms get very warm and there is not really a way to adjust the temp. Over all a good spot to stay! "

"Have stayed at this hotel 2 times now, and would love to come again. The rooms are large, the bed is comfortable. There is a fridge in the room, the bathroom has a fantastic shower and bathtub. If you want good service, a clean room, good location, a good price, this is for you. "

"The room, halls, reception were sll clean. Transportation was easy as the bus station was right outside. We did manage to check in early which was great. The room smelt kinda odd, so im not sure what they used to clean but not my favourite smell in the world."

"Amazing staff, from reception to room keeping, to waiters in the restaurant, everyone is so very friendly and welcoming. The room is clean and a reasonable size for central London. The location is brilliant with both South Kensington's museums and Knightsbridge's shops just a fee minutes walk. Overall, very good hotel and amazing staff. Would be coming back. Tip: spa is adjacent to the hotel and chargeable, but the price is more than reasonable for hotel guests. "
