"The resort is lovely and well maintained. The service could definitely be improved. Dirty dishes from another guest’s room service were left outside overnight and for a full day. Service from the restaurant/bar was slow and not overly helpful or friendly."

"Great location for Great Barrier Reef activities, right beside the 4 mile beach. The rooms were clean and fully functional kitchen. Staff was welcoming. Free chairs , umbrella and towels was appreciated . Wished the front desk was staffed extended hours, with 8-5 we were not able to exchange towels , used beach towel instead since we left early and returned later than 5 pm. Highly recommended."

"Amazing property, spacious rooms, beautiful pool, great amenities. 5-min walk to main strip of restaurants, 10-15 min walk from reef tour meeting points. All rooms have balconies facing one of two pools, very quaint, romantic resort. Great AC and fans in rooms. Only warnings: housekeeping is by request only and costs money each day; and front desk is staffed 9-5 and no overnight coverage. This wasn’t necessarily a deterrent but given the price for the rooms, i was a bit taken aback to see these two services not provided. Front desk staff was nice and helpful."
