"We arrived at the property to find it unclean. I rang Raine and Horne and the lady was dismissive and told me the cleaner had been but she would call. I didn’t hear back and no response to the emails I sent. The parking is only for small cars so we had to park on the street. It’s only three bedroom if you are travelling with other adults or teenage kids. The third bedroom is at the bottom of the property and two levels below the bathroom and other two bedrooms. "The house was great and had a beautiful ocean view! It was in the best location, literally backing onto the beach with shops and resturants only a few minutes drive away. The house was very clean when we arrived and very stocked up with household items. The check in and check out processes went very smoothly and was so easy, and the host was very easy to communicate with. We had a great stay!"

They even offered to pick us up from the train station with our late arrival. Bed was clean and very comfortable.
