Well this is the second time this is happened to me with the guy at the front counter I had paid for the room when I got there then when I left he asked for my card again I told him I already paid he says no but I looked and it was for 43,000 pesos so he already charged me when I checked in and then he charged me again for something when I left this is the second time he has cost me money The first time I stayed there they had to reimburse me because he charged me for two check early

Excelente opción. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y confortable. El staff desde Sergio hasta Alejandro son todo un amor. El hotel queda cerca de los principales restaurantes y centro comercial, se puede ir a cualquier sitio caminando y la zona es segura.

They should change the bedsheets and bath towels, I was there for three day and they never did it. But the staff is nice and the hotel is in a quiet and safe place

It was in a great, easily walkable location for food, bars and shopping. Staff was attentive and friendly. We never felt unsafe in the hotel or the surrounding area.

I like location, room is great. My only problem was that front door is always locked and half of the time noone at the front dest to open. Got to wait. Fricked me up a bit on check in. So be patient, they will eventually come.

I couldn’t have made a better choice out of all those endless choices. The staff are absolutely amazingly pleasant and helpful. A huge , 4-storey shopping mall is a 5 minute walk. From Louis Vuitton , Tag Heuer to McDonald’s . And within 4 minutes a very large privately run fruit , cheese wines bake shop and a grocery section too. Also, one of the best places to change currency on the third floor. Highly recommend this hotel. Five star service , believe me. Check the price. You’ll see!!!

Excellent service from the Receptionist Andrea, the server Sergio and all the staff. Nice cozy hotel in a safe area close to Andino Mall and Zona T. Highly recommended!

The photos of the facilities are deceptive. The building, rooms and furniture are in much poorer conditions than they appear to be online. It is close to shops and restaurants, staff were very helpful as I left my reservation early.

Excelente opción
Excelente ubicación y servicio, personal muy amable. Es un lugar muy seguro y cerca de todo. La cama era un poco dura pero es cuestión de gustos. El desayuno incluido muy bueno. Me volveria a hospedar aquí.

Nuestra estancia en Hotel Retiro 84 fue genial. El hotel es pequeno por lo que se siente muy acogedor. El staff del hotel es muy servicial y amable. La zona en la que se encuentra el hotel es de lo mas seguro que encontraras en Bogota y lo mejor es que se encuentra muy cerca de centros comerciales y lugares riquizimos de comida.
