A very quiet location on a Farm just off the A27, a picturesque place to enjoy a couple of nights stay. With some local Pubs around the corner (walking distance), it gave you eating options. Breakfast was just the best, a very enjoyable full English cooked for you, the staff are so pleasant and nice, well worth a stay here, we will be returning in the summer so we can take some longer walks around the property and local tracks.

Our stay was great. The room was homely and clean. The place was very quiet.

Fabulous place to stay and restaurant and pub is great also. Felt like authentic British pub! We were well pleased.

My stay at Ashbys was great bed was very comfortable, hosts were easy going and friendly, easy access to shops and restaurants.

Barry, Anne, Emma, Sarah, Cuthbert and Alex along with others whose names we didn't get made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were more than friendly and we felt like part of the family. The room was spotless, the food lovely. The staff are well trained the serving food. The little things like gleaming cutlery, a fabulous tray with tea, coffee and still and sparkling mineral water, toiletries in the bathroom and a great shower make all the difference.
