Disappointed is the best I can say.Jacuzzi and steam room didn't work for 2 out the 4 days we stayed.Heater in the room didn't work on the last day and enquired 3 times .When I asked for a electric heater that was in the bar area I was told that I can come over to get it when they're close at 23:00.That was unacceptable to me and I don't think we're going to stay there again,bear in mind that we stayed 3 times over the years.

Lovely clean room and very friendly and nice staff, particularly the nice lady who checked us in, unfortunately I didn't take note of her name. It's exactly what you would expect of a well kept hotel by the beach.
