"What a lovely stay. The hotel is in a beautiful location overlooking a peaceful beach and the ocean. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and took care of me during my stay. The bar and restaurant staff, transport desk, reception staff were all great and made my stay one to remember. I would like to particularly thank the lovely Sonia who looked after me everyday at breakast time, and the spa manager who was also super friendly and helped me during my stay. Thank you all. "Fantastic location, can walk to the Waterfront shops/restaurants within 3-4 minutes, the neighbourhood felt safe. Room and restaurant lovely, nice bar. The staff were all friendly and helpful. "

"The staff at this hotel were amazing. Very helpful and also very friendly. The room was very clean and tidy and we had a turn down service every night. I would really recommend this hotel for a city break in Cape Town or for a longer stay. The V & A Waterfront was walkable and great location for Table Mountain etc. Great hotel, great staff and a memorable exchange for the start of our holiday in South Africa."
