However, was not a fan of the scrambled eggs at breakfast, seemed watery and slightly raw. I also would like to make a special mention to Rafat who was absolutely exceptional member of the team who went above and beyond with room service. Rafat was extremely pleasant, kind and very very helpful. So thankyou for the kind hospitality shown Rafat. 5 star service! And that service alone is why I will be returning!"

"Great value stay in the city centre. Rooms seem well soundproofed as had such a peaceful night's sleep. Booked a twin room which contained a king size bed & 2 small single beds. Great blackout curtains. Room & bathroom very clean & plenty of towels. Only complaint was the carpet was rather stained but I guess these rooms are often used by people in town having a few drinks & a few glasses of wine have been spilt. Room had AC but we didn't need to use it. Didn't go in but appeared to be a bar next to check in with table football. Check-in is quick if you fill in the online questionnaire. Don't forget to take ID as you need to quote an ID document number. Check out was very swift. Didn't book breakfast as plenty off coffee shops nearby. Would be happy to stay again."
