"Stayed for one night and after reading some reviews I was panicking however I did not need too! The staff were lovely and helpful . The room was clean and comfy . Yes the furniture is dated however for the price it was more than worth it ! The only thing I could say is the heating was on full so it was boiling in the room ! I just put the fan on . Overall a cheap good night in Manchester 😊"

"Hotel was excellent clean rooms.was only there for 1 night with friends but the check in was very slow and confusing asked for late check out which was fine but getting charged £20 for it for an extra 1 hour was a little expensive and it got put through as 2 breakfasts when are booking came with breakfast included "

"Excellent stay at the Midland. Staff friendly and helpful. Cocktail bar is wonderful , spa worth a visit. Buffet breakfast good with poached eggs and omelettes made fresh. However space is very cramped and weekends must be a nightmare. Overall a good experience and woukd return. "
