We had an excellent stay. All of the staff we spoke to were super friendly and polite. The room was lovely, and the staff had gone to the extra effort to decorate for my partners birthday, which was a really nice surprise for him. We enjoyed using the spa, the bar and the breakfast buffet. It was a perfect base for exploring the local area, and somewhere we could come back and relax in the evenings. All for a very reasonable rate, would stay again.

Special thanks to maintenance for speedy repair of plumbing fittings under bathroom sink. Disappointment on one day wait for replacement hairdryer. Communication problems between reception and housekeeping?

This could be a realy good venue. The room was verry good but there was a constand sound of running warer from behind a panel in the wall. It would also be faur to inform people that there is a Ā£10 charge to use the pool in the booking information

A Great Weekend Away

We booked room only as we were going to a 40th birthday party in town with friends who also booked rooms. Everything went well from checking in to the cleanliness of all our rooms and the friendliness of all the staff. We will definitely plan another visit again and maybe next time try the spa facilities.
