"Ideally located just off the M65. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and tidy with a tea/coffee making facility. Free wi-fi was easily accessible. Pub/restaurant next to the accommodation building had a great selection of beers and a comprehensive menu. Breakfast was served in the pub/restaurant. Great selection from continental to full english."

"Only slept at the hotel so can't comment on anything else. Reception staff were pleasant and efficient, check in was quick. Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. My room faced onto the road and was a little noisy from traffic late in the evening (it may just have been one man driving round and round noisily). When I opened the bathroom door there was a very strong smell of disinfectant/bleach which took some time to dissipate."

Only downside was the shower pressure was very up and down and went from very hot to very cold and couldn't get a constant temperature temperature (plus there was no toilet roll but guess that was just an oversight)"
