"Hotel is on edge of the Canal Walk and the large Century City mall with many restaurants. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the small restaurant, “Slate” offered up small meals. Buffet staff worked hard each day, yet were welcoming and smiling even with large groups overflowing the large room. Pool was large, clean and had lounges and umbrellas. "The hotel is great. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The amenities are great and the pool area is great. I do have one concern which was who has access to the pool? It looked like the pool was open to not just hotel guests. Also, most of the staff was friendly except for some but other than that I enjoyed the stay. Will more than likely book here again next time I am in Cape Town."
