We had a two night stay …it’s a great location no too far from the airport very clean and safe area ..excellant food dining shopping mall short walk away … The staff very friendly and helpful plus a good breakfast .

Great stay

We like this hotel for its great location .It feels safe and it’s right next to Centuary Mall for shopping and plenty of eating places ..A straightforward drive from the airport in about 40 mins …. Friendly staff ..and a great breakfast …rooms are quite small and don’t have a fridge …it’s quiet and has a lovely outdoor pool and sitting area ..

the location is unique at century city the staff is okay but the service is not good, the AC is old and make a lot of noise, room space is small, restaurant breakfast food same every day, there is no HALAL food

Nice hotel with comfy room.

The room itself was great. Check-in was a nightmare and finally a second receptionist had to come help because the original receptionist wouldn’t give me a room even though I booked online in advance and paid in full, nonrefundable. The staff was overall great except for one bad apple with no customer service skills. The room had everything necessary for a pleasant stay. Overall fine experience, except for checkin. Also, was hard to find an uber from there early morning and took over 20 mins to get one to the airport.

Hotel is on edge of the Canal Walk and the large Century City mall with many restaurants. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the small restaurant, “Slate” offered up small meals. Buffet staff worked hard each day, yet were welcoming and smiling even with large groups overflowing the large room. Pool was large, clean and had lounges and umbrellas. The hotel was exactly what we anticipated but for the front desk reception who seemed incapable of solving small problems (needed 3-prong plug for charging and epac machine) as my husband was ill on arrival. At dusk the four ‘managers’ with no other customers, told this senior to go to the mall and get one when I had no idea where I was, even, let alone head off on my own. The Operations Manager immediately was in contact when he heard of our difficulty which we appreciated. No hesitation in recommending this facility.

Excellent hotel with good location.

StayEasy has always been my go-to hotel when going to Cape Town for business trips.. Good location and value for money with included breakfast. Only complain is the on-site parking is outdoors. Would have been great if they make arrangement with Canal Walk to have in-door parking instead.

It was so amazing, friendly staff and Tumi was the best. She knows how to handle guests. The place is so quiet, nice and clean. Everything was great. I wouldn't think twice to go back again. I am so in love with the place!

It is a nice propriety, well furnished and clean. It is at walking distance from the Canal Walk Shopping Mall. We had went to the mall for dinner. Our way back was unsafe since we had been followed. We had to return to the mall and ask security to scot us to the hotel

Twin room onky one side table.

I would like a side table on both sides of the bed (twin ). There is only one side table on the window's side of the two beds. The shower's water was only luke warm.

Clean & comfortable

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were not as friendly as we have experienced before. We called for the iron and ironing board the iron was in ooor condition. The hole where the water goes in was uncovered. Water was pouring out while we were ironing. The breakfast was ok. Nothing fancy.
