Neighbouring unit was rented by a bunch of young people that played loud music and screamed half the night from THEIR balcony. Decent kitchen, everything you’d need to prep food for yourself. "The property inside was very spacious and well equipped, the mattress could be replaced it is sagging in the Center pretty good. The area was convenient to catch public transportation, walk to shopping and amenities. However at night the SIRENS from emergency response was very loud, street noise and pedestrians were very loud as well. We did not venture out after dark as it did not seem to be all that safe to do so. There was a lot of dodgy activity around the building. "
