This was an absolutely perfect stay for our trip. The property within and of itself is well-kept, clean, quiet, and extremely convenient for sightseeing and easy access to transportation. If I do return to Falkirk I would definitely stay here again.

Our apartment was spotless and very comfortable. The heating was on for our arrival so it was very cosy inside, which we greatly appreciated as it was cold outside. The rooms were large and we had 2 king size bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The kitchen was equipped with all the essentials with the added bonus of a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine. Our bathroom had a bath and a separate shower, with the shower having great water pressure. We would definitely recommend this apartment and plan on returning in the future.

A central location for exploring Falkirk and surrounds, the unit was fully equipped with everything one needs for self catering. It was new and very clean. Especially appreciated the washing machine. A little over decorated made it feel cluttered but otherwise a great place to stay.

Had a fab stay at the Carmel apartments, the apartment we stayed in was very spacious, warm and everything was of great quality, everything is thought of, with lovely touches around and the garden is beautiful too. I cannot recommend this apartment enough 5⭐ Will definitely be staying again on our next Scottish holiday.

Family stay for two nights

Two night stay visiting family. All good in the apartment, nice and warm, very comfy beds with nice heavy bedding. TV and WiFi were excellent. Coffee and tea were spot on too. Second time staying and will continue to use in the future.

These apartments are lovely. Much roomier than expected for the price. Very reasonably priced. I would love to come back to stay again. The courtyard is very relaxing area.

Property was very suitable in location, dining, walkable. It was warmer than we like in the bedroom, and luckily there were fans provided. However, the opened windows are on the busy street side. The young drivers were racing and gunning their cars ormotorbikez, especially on the weekend.

Compact but comfortable

I was a bit surprised how compact the one-bed studio is - it's basically a cabin in the garden - but once I'd got used to it, everything was beautifully thought-out and it didn't feel cramped. The bed was extremely comfortable (just so you know, I like a firmer mattress), the shower was good, and I had everything I needed for a 3-night stay. The self check-in procedure was clearly explained in an email and worked fine. I'd very happily stay here again.

Stayed here during our first ever trip to Scotland, so that we could be central to many areas around Falkirk via train. The Falkirk Grahamston station is only about a 15-minute walk away, as are a few cafes & pubs. There’s also a big shopping center just a 10-minute walk away with anything from fast food to a pharmacy available. The apartment was absolutely perfect for our needs and the host Jamie was incredibly responsive via phone/text. Very quiet area besides the sometimes busy Thornhill Road street of cars passing through. Apartment is secured well behind a locked gated courtyard area, and the neighbors were kind. A small mini-mart is below the apartment on the street side, for basic drinks & snacks when needed. Amenities in the apartment were wonderful - only small issue was that the shower often splashes water onto the floor of the bathroom where you’d have to sop it all up with towels. We would definitely stay here again based on all the conveniences and how well furnished & tidy the apartment was.
