"The “villa” I booked has rotting siding, two of the doors have broken cracked glass that is patched with a tinted sticky cover. Most of the blinds are not operational and definitely are a chocking hazard for young children.one sliding door slid open but we could not close easily and another we could not keep locked so my son could not get out. The whole place was concerning. "

The recently updated floor covering in the changing rooms is a huge improvement. The service in the chandelier lounge always leaves me feeling appreciated as a solo traveller. "The hotel is located behind the District Courthouse which is where I needed to go to it was convenient. Overall was good. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast and valet parking. I did find a female receptionist unfriendly, not needed after a long drive to get to the hotel from out of town. There is a balcony advertised, but this is open 3x days per week 'if we struck the right week' according to a staff member. Gym looked great, didn't find an onsite pool. I would this as a 'working hotel' for lay overs for flight attendants, business people visiting overnight, booked a twin room clean and comfortable. Thank You. x"
