"Overall a great hotel for the area. Walking distance to Robinson’s Place mall, US embassy, SLMC Clinic for visa medicals, Manila Ocean Park, Rizal Park, and there is a laundry mat conveniently located next door. Only issue I had was that one of two elevators was not operational and caused long delays to enter and leave the room. Hopefully the elevator is repaired soon."

"The Riviera Mansion Hotel in Manila is a very good hotel. The property around it is not. A short walk to the mall (Robinisons) made me and my wife feel unsafe. Lots of beggars, people sitting on the sidewalks etc, The only problem we had with the hotel was with the cafe. Some of the food simply did not taste good. The hotel was a very good stay. I will stay again when I have the opportunity But I wont walk to any other place again I'll take a taxi"

Great Hotel
"Great property! The location is perfect with shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Also a quick cab ride to BGC. The staff was amazing and the Japanese and Thai restaurants were the best I had in Manila. The breakfast buffet was also excellent. Plenty of choices and all delicious. Rooms are all over sized and very comfortable but a little dated. I would say its the best value and best service of any hotel in Metro Manila"
