Staff professionalism and help fullness was awesome! Rooms were just what we needed. We had a late cancelation with an Airbnb nearby and TRYP really came through for use! Would definitely go back!

Room was clean and tidy, the only thing we didn’t like is we wait for so long in the lobbly for cheking in. The staff said still cleaning the room although it says on check in is 2pm. We got to the hotel at 3pm, then we get into the room before 5pm.
