Excellent service by the staff except the dining ( both at breakfast buffet and the restaurant by the check in counter). Excellent room service. Room was spacious, all bathroom essentials were there, comfortable bed. Nice location surrounded by malls, etc.. Breakfast buffet subpar compared to other 5 star hotels in the Philippines and this hotel charged higher. The buffet spread was simply confusing.
