I liked my 2 night stay because first of all the service was my favorite part! the staff were PROFESSIONAL and very kind and Hospitable. This is what I look for Customer Service Hospitality. From The front desk Vyrone, the bellmen, The Host Shan from the Resto and the Manager not sure if Mark is the name but they were amazing!Handled our issue really well with the food. Overall it was a great stay and will definitely stay again! Live Music was AMAZING! cant wait to come back and stay at Heritage Hotel Again! Thank you all for your hospitality!—Romeo and Mom —from California USA
