The studio is small and minimal with basic amenities but it fit our style. Our host Felix was very accommodating and helpful. His response was almost immediate whenever we had questions. "On check in the property was over 80 degrees and musty (a bit of pet smell). A bunch lightbulbs were out and most of the light switches didn’t work. AC and fridge were constantly making noise. On our last night we saw small roaches in the bathroom. The location on the listing is at the far end of the location circle, so originally it looked like the property would be walkable from my Dr office but ended up having to take lots of Ubers. However we found Trader Joe’s and the stuff by the mall...
