There is a distinct contrast between those who open their doors to strangers and genuinely strive to create a homely atmosphere, as opposed to those who approach it with a lackadaisical attitude solely for a quick buck. Prior to composing this review, I afforded the host an opportunity to express remorse and demonstrate empathy; however, I was met with a response that was quite the opposite. This compels me to inform others about the current condition of this listing and the host's unwillingness to implement any changes. Not only did the host dismiss all the concerns raised, but they also had the audacity to suggest that I should instead opt for a five-star hotel in the future. The following list outlines the issues encountered 1) bed was not cleaned before my arrival, featuring filthy sheets w/ visible dirt & debris. 2) insufficient supply of toilet paper. 3) soap / shampoo bottles were several years old. 4) only one old towel provided (no bath mat, hand towel, or additional towels), and there were zero bath accessories, unswept floors, and a cluttered unit filled with photography equipment and cabinets overflowing with miscellaneous items. Old tape covered all the closets & some door handles, to keep from opening them while simultaneously being an unsightly eyesore. The walls are thin, allowing conversations & every single footstep to be heard. The host will respond to this review with lies to try to save face, but I advise you to heed my warning & avoid the listing.
