"The shower was dirty blanket had burn cigarette hole and for a non smoking room, it smell like cigarettes."

"This hotel was “fine”, but I think my biggest issue is there is no way this is a 4-star property. I don’t know how stars are assigned, but it felt like a 3-star hotel (like the Wyndham Ramada down the street). I actually forgot it was supposed to be a 4star property, because it just felt like your run of the mill, average, lower-mid priced motels. Staff was helpful, didn’t use the gym like I planned, but nice it was there. Breakfast was “meh”; 3 or 4 things on the menu and it was nothing to write home about. Maybe the soufflés they advertise are a weekend thing, but was not an option when I was there. I also tried to go out to the outdoor lounge/deck just off the restaurant one evening around 5pm and was told it was closed due to weather (it was supposed to rain later that night, but was not raining then), when I questioned that she said “it’s too late”. It was still light out, but I could tell I wasn’t going to get anywhere so left it at that, but that amenity is open subject to whenever they want it seems. Location kinda depends what you’re looking for. I did walk to Citi Field one evening (took the train 1 stop on the way back). Overall it was fine, but if I find myself in this neighborhood again, I won’t be rushing to stay here."

"Bathroom wash basin was so tiny and the water nozzle was so deep in the sink, that it was difficult to wash hands, and while brushing, it was impossible not to spit on the nozzle. Otherwise the breakfast was good. Entry exit to hotel seemed very crammed. The hotel room was reasonably large."

"Stayed May 6–7 2026 after returning from an international flight. The room itself was clean and functional, and the airport shuttle was convenient. However, the check-in experience felt disorganized, and the lobby was unusually loud late at night. After falling asleep around 1:30am, I was awakened at 2:30am by a prolonged loud conversation from the front desk/lobby area and could not return to sleep. For an airport hotel serving late arrivals and early departures, overnight quiet should be a priority. Overall, adequate but disappointing given the purpose of the stay."
