Walking in there was a bunch of random glass and building materials in the hallway, creaky stairs, etc. The walls/doors are also PAPER THIN so expect to hear other guests if you stay here (i woke up to kids screaming a lot and some ppl playing loud music - they do have earplugs in the room though). There are two shuttered/closed down restaurants below the hotel, which gave it a sorta sad vibe. Otherwise, excellent location, easy 2block...

"PROS: The host was responsive. The house is centrally located. We were able to get to most locations in Brooklyn within 30 mins with traffic. If you know NY traffic, that’s a good thing.
