"Hotel is under renovations, however, not a disturbance for our stay. Rooms were clean. Breakfast, a good selection of foods and beverages. Staff was friendly and professional. Hot tub rooms unavailable at the time. "

"Absolutely horrible. No indication where to find the office and when I finally found it they were literally running it out oh one of their guest rooms which was a pigsty. Once we got to our room we found it to look nothing like the photos and no instructions on how and where to access any of the amenities that were listed like the pool, beach chairs or towels. It also was listed as ocean view but there was none. When it came time to check out, no one was in the makeshift office so I just left the key in the room. I will NEVER return "

"My stay was great. However the $25 per day for parking is an absolute rip-off. Why are you charging us to park? Where else should we park if we’re guests staying there. This isn’t Vegas where we’re in a hotel with restaurants and a casino. Treasure Island on the strip even has free parking! Won’t be making this stupid mistake again. I’ll stay somewhere else, even if it’s more expensive. I know that sounds ass-backwards, but I’m keeping it 100% real. "

"The room was very nice, but there were a few issues. They described the room as ocean view, but it's really not. You can only see the ocean on an angle from the deck. You really can't see it from the room. Also, although they did disclose it on their website that I failed to see, they charge $46 a day for valet only parking. Maybe if they skipped the valet and let people park themselves they could have a more reasonable charge."

"When we arrived there was poop sprayed all over the toilet. We immediately complained, and to their credit, they quickly cleaned it. The room was old, wallpaper peeling, but the beds appeared clean. Overall I was uncomfortable because in my head if they missed the toilet, what else was missed. They offered a newer room, but we decided to get a refund for our 2nd night and go elsewhere "
