"The team and staff were very nice and accommodating. However, I noticed that the bathroom still had hair in the sink and the trash had not been emptied. The parking was secure - the top floors are a bit more sparse with some caution signs, but it is still open and available. I wish that I knew to exit with my card instead of returning it at the front desk. I'm not sure if I was charged twice. "

"Stay here only if you are desperate. Because the water from the sink stunk so much, we bought bottled water to brush our teeth and decided not to shower there because we didn't want our skin or senses to absorb the water. We checked out early because a leak from the room above created a large puddle on the floor, luckily missing the bed. We decided to eat breakfast at the Starbucks across the street because we didn't trust the cleanliness of the hotel and this was before the leak that flooded our room. To boot, the front desk staff is an unfriendly sort."

"This is a 3-star hotel so I wasn't expecting much. The Pros: Parking ($10/nt) and location. Cons: Breakfast wasn't ready as advertised at 6:30am but I just wanted iced water if it was available. There was no one to check me out at the lobby at 6:30am but I just left the key on the desk. For a one-night stay, it was fine."

"The sofa bed was extremely dirty—there were actual fecal stains and a large amount of crumbs. It was honestly disgusting. We didn’t discover it until the morning when we opened the bed, and when we reported it, staff said we should have mentioned it at check-in."

"Mattresses were old and you felt the springs. Room felt musty and old, old cigar smoke sent. Did not feel like a good Hilton. Staff was nice and tried to accommodate."
