Lovely property, walkable to central Bath, comfy bed, tasty breakfast with lots of choices, parking onsite. Room was hot, so the fan was appreciated.

Excellent B&B. Everything was ideal. The room (#9) was a good size (even though it's the smallest one) with a deceptively spacious bathroom - which had a great shower. Comfy bed, light and bright (big Velux window), and very clean. Great breakfast with lots of choices. Friendly and helpful staff / owners, free parking, and the place was an easy 10 - 15 min walk right into the centre throng. We'll stay here again next time we visit Bath.

Booked late so got a smaller room which was, however, very comfortable and quiet. Very good breakfast; the eggs royale were perfect. The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient.

A beautiful B&B with an eye for detail. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Great breakfast, very efficient service and the variety of cooked breakfast was fantastic. The bed and pillows are a good quality but were a little softer than the average you tend to find. Parking can be tricky as some spots are not really suitable for a longer car.

Best B&B in Bath
A fabulous 2 night pre-Christmas stay at Grays Boutique B&B. Room was large and beautifully appointed as was the rest of the house. A real find, very luxurious and convenient location for walking into town with the benefit of on site parking.

Fab B&B
What a fab b&b! The rooms are a great size, with very comfy beds and we had a great view of the city. The whole place was tastefully decorated, very clean and welcoming. They provide all the extras you could need. The breakfast was very good with lots of options in a nice setting. The staff were lovely and attentive. A short 10 min walk into the city centre which suited us, we didn't need our car the whole weekend. We will definitely visit again.

Hello,I am so sorry that you were unable to stay with us due to family matters and then felt the need to leave this review of usYou contacted us on the day of arrival to let us know you could not come but please note firstly your booking is with Expedia not us and secondly Expedia and we have a 5 day cancellation policy.This policy is in place to protect us as a small business. At no point did you cancel either of your bookings with your agent so at no point could we even resell them if we had tried.We highly recommend that all guests either use travel insurance or a credit card with cover when bookings reservations as unexpected events can arise.This booking can not be refunded or credited for a future stay as if we did we would still lose monies that as a a small business we simply can not afford.At no point have we as a small family business acted incorrectly, we have followed the agents and our policy and again hope guests take responsibility for the travels arrangements with the correct and appropriate cover should such unfortunate events arise.J Hill - Grays

Grays Up the Hill
We were given a warm welcome, even though we were a little early in checking in. Nice clean facility. A bit of caution, if you have problems walking up hill either call a cab, or stay at another location. When we left for the day, I inadvertently left the door handle sign facing the wrong way, telling not to disturb. They still left us a care package!

We so enjoyed our stay at Gray's B & B - we arrived early - had just flown in from US - and we were able to leave our luggage and explore the town of Bath. Our room was just lovely, the breakfasts were delicious and the host and hostess were friendly and helpful. It is about a 20 minute walk to the Abbey from Gray's which was not an issue for us - got to see the homes and gardens as we walked - I would definitely recommend this B & B to all

Lovely decor and friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent with many options and fresh ingredients. Being Bath, parking on site is tight and standard room is smallish. B&B in quiet neighborhood easily walkable to downtown Bath attractions.

Excellent stay
We are plant based, we contacted James abd he arrnaged for vegan sausages for our breakfast. He greeted us on our arrival and made us feel welcome. The property is lovely and beautifuly decorated. The ladies serving breakfast were exceptional, polite, helpful, nothing too much trouble, they all had lovely personal skills and made breakfast flawless.

Great place. Only one issue - when booking the "Superior Twin Super King Room" on Expedia, the bed defaults to a King double bed (although the picture shows a Twin bed setup). The only options for "Bedding Requests" when you reserve the room are 1 King Bed OR 1 Single Bed , so that's still a bit confusing.

Grays Boutique B&B
Lovely 2 night stay at Grays. Our room had a fantastic view overlooking Bath. Very impressive B&B which was very tastefully decorated and furnished and all areas were spotlessly clean. Owner and staff were all very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice. Bath centre is about 20 minutes walk down hill. Would definitely recommend. Thank you
