"Una vez más nuestra estadía fue increíble, muy agradable, comoda y tranquila. Las comidas del restaurante carabelas es excelente además que el servicio y atención al cliente es sumamente bueno, resaltó a la capitana Heidi y demás colaboradores del restaurante Carabelas porque siempre nos conscienten y ayudan de gran manera. El bar Mantas también es agradable y el personal es muy colaborador y amable con los pedidos que se les hace."

"We stayed here as a young family with 5 kids ages 3-13. When we booked this hotel I couldn't really find any reviews that described the beach/ocean since it's a l beachfront hotel so I'm hoping I will help paint a picture. The beach sits right across the non busy street-very close walk. The sand is dark and incredibly soft and goes on forever. There are some chairs and tables (not many maybe 6 chairs) under some shade to sit on. There are signs that say no swimming at this beach because of the rip tides. We swam as anyways but kept a close eye on our kids. We reached boogie boards for the 5 days we stayed at "the surfer factory" in Jaco. We boogie boarded and swam across from the hotel a couple times and enjoyed it but felt safer doing these things at Jaco Beach which isn't far. The waves there are perfect for boogie boarding and the water is so warm to swim in. There are no seashells at Hermosa Beach (the beach in front of the hotel) or Jaco and there is no snorkeling. Boogie boarding and surfing is what it's all about. Oh, and there are tons of Halloween Crabs at Hermosa Beach which was really cool. As for the hotel itself, the rooms were cleaned very well daily, the pool was nice, the breakfast that was included was a sit down hot breakfast and although there weren't many options, it filled us up and was satisfying. We saw many red macaw's in the area including two right out our balcony the first day. "

"a this is always a perfect place. The rooms are palatial. Everything is spotlessly clean. If a hotel can be perfect this one is. Spa services are great. Food is great. Location is beyond compare. The views are breathtaking. Staff is great. its worth every penny."
