"The staff was rude, the hotel was outdated, the furniture in my room was torn, and the rooms are very narrow and small. my husband and our to pieces of luggage barely fit and it had bed bugs!!!!"

"I didn't used the wifi, room was clean and the staff was pretty much ok ..but this one specific person on the front i don't know is name I came down in the lobby to get something to drink or eat I realized breakfast was over but seeing the person talking to some persons I think quest has checked out to leave I look in the fridge I get no acknowledgement from no one so I leave but on my return I saw the male person that was having the conversation with the checking out guests around the front desk and he saw me looking around in the lobby and not even acknowledge me to say something but it's was ok my time was well spend..thank you "

"Shuttle service from airport to hotel and back runs 24 hours. Its every 30 min from airport to hotel. They pick you from federal circle air train station. "

"I do like this place, the only downside is: it said has a parking area available, but is not part of the hotel you have to pay extra for parking 🙁and breakfast included, not at all you need to be exclusive member of the hotel to have breakfast included. Well next time we know bring extra money ☹️. When you have to book a room make sure to call first and ask about this. Please people from Four point hotel make it clear about this services are not included."

"This was truly disappointing. First, parking was a major issue—though there’s a garage, it wasn’t usable, and the nearby option didn’t fit an SUV. I checked in Thursday; by Friday after work, the room hadn’t been cleaned. I called, and they said someone would come, but after an hour, I had to go to the front desk—only to learn housekeeping had left for the day, meaning it wouldn’t be cleaned until the next day. On Saturday, after leaving and coming back at 11 p.m.—following an hour of searching for parking—the room still wasn’t cleaned."

"I love this place and will be back again! Trendy spot, fabulous atmosphere, beautiful decor and most importantly - incredibly engaging & friendly staff! I loved that it had a room with 2 queen beds (rather than 2 doubles). I traveled with my spouse and 2 teenagers and stayed for 2 nights. Comfortable & fun. Walking distance to Brooklyn Bridge. "
